I LOVE sourdough bread. I love any and all breads, but I think sourdough holds a special place in my heart.When you're really hungry and looking for something hot, filling and FAST reach for this timeless tasty treat.
TIP:
I've been going to my local food pantry and they tend to have HUGE amounts of "day old" bread. It's all you can take, and it's already at the end of its shelf life, so I keep it all in the freezer and pull single use servings out when i need them. My boyfriend is GLUTEN FREE and it also helps us keep our breads separate.
